In Germany, a 33-year-old woman was killed when a tree fell on her car on the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn on Friday.A search was continuing for a man reported trapped in a vehicle in floodwater in Scotland.Some of the worst flooding was in eastern Scotland, where more than 300 homes were evacuated in the town of Brechin and residents told to leave before the River South Esk breached its banks Friday, surging almost 4 meters (13 feet) above its usual level and sending water pouring into the streets.Coast guard helicopters lifted more than half the staff off a North Sea oil platform almost 150 miles (240 kilometers) east of Scotland, after four of its eight anchors came loose during the storm on Saturday. Operator Stena Drilling said the Stena Spey platform was stable.The weather calmed Sunday but flooding continued to cause disruption to road and rail travel across a large swath of central and northern Britain. The Environment Agency issued more than 200 flood warnings for parts of England and said major rivers could remain flooded until Tuesday.。         　　搭建精准就业平台 激活民生“一池春水”          　　就业稳，民心安。作为民生之本、稳定之基、发展之源，就业与千家万户的切身利益息息相关。近年来，我市以升级实施“雷锋在线365”扎根计划为动能，聚焦求职者和用工企业供需两端，通过市场聚合、部门联动、沈阳现代化都市圈多城互联、跨区域合作招聘等方式，全力破解“就业难”与“用工难”矛盾。围绕更好地推动人岗匹配，以线上线下“就业‘职’通车”为载体，创新深耕“双线招聘+成果展示+直播带岗+视频探岗+政策宣传+用工维权”一体化招聘保障服务模式，依托市、县（区）两级直播团队，搭建“固定直播间+流动直播点”双推介平台，畅通“人社局长走进直播间”“小何带您进企业”等线上服务通道，打造了“暖心服务工具箱”“锋暖课堂”“‘雷锋红’就业创业服务代办站”等就业服务品牌。         　　2023年以来，相继发出“就业‘职’通车”330列，开展“直播带岗”486场，“视频探岗”12期；通过“暖心服务工具箱”等滚动推送政策服务120期；组建“雷锋红”就业创业代办服务队31个；19项就业创业政策有效落实，实现城镇新就业1.82万人，失业人员再就业2.93万人，就业困难人员就业0.9万人。

二 | 今年年底前，全市“雷锋在线365舒心就业进基层”就业创业指导服务站点将达到75个，国家、省、市级充分就业社区77个。         　　老旧小区改造 “面子”焕新 “里子”做实          　　老旧小区改造工程，也是我市重要的一项民生工程。随着城市化进程不断深入，老旧小区改造成为提升城市品质、改善居民生活环境的重要举措。2019年起，我市全面启动、实施城镇老旧小区改造工程，经过不断努力，这一工程深得民心，取得阶段性成果。         　　据了解，我市共有189个建成于2000年底前的城镇老旧小区，总建筑面积1035万平方米，涉及住宅楼2798栋，惠及居民17.07万户。市住建局作为我市城镇老旧小区改造工作牵头单位，积极组织开展工程实施。2019年至2023年，我市改造住宅楼2557栋，惠及居民16.02万户。

三 |          　　2024年，我市计划改造27个老旧小区，涉及住宅楼241栋，惠及居民10512户。目前，已完成楼体保温16.6万平方米、完成路面硬化28919平方米，已改造“三供”（供热、供水、燃气）管网140.28公里。         　　精准发力“保交房” 全力以赴“惠民生”          　　“保交楼、保交房”工作，一边连着百姓福祉，另一边连着城市发展。

四 | 为推进“保交楼”交付工作，我市实行了“一个项目、一套班子、一个方案、一抓到底”的“四个一”工作机制。成立“保交楼工作专班”下沉项目施工现场保进度、保质量、保安全，在“保交楼”攻坚阶段，组建以国有专业公司为主的突击队伍，督导按时保质保量兑现交楼承诺。通过开展“工地开放日”活动、制定“重点项目公示牌”等方式畅通群众监督渠道，有效消除购房者对项目工程的各种疑虑和诉求。         　　为方便购房业主进一步了解施工进度及质量等情况，“保交楼工作专班”还与购房业主代表建立微信群，由购房业主推荐“义务监督员”，每周到项目现场实地查看项目建设情况，推进项目实施竣工。

五 | 截至目前，我市提前完成了“保交楼、保交房”任务。         　　化解不动产“登记难” 为不动产“解冻”让权益“归位”          　　我市聚焦“痛点、堵点、难点”，进一步推动整治不动产“登记难”问题化解工作，加快为“不能办证”项目群众办理不动产权证书。开设 “不能办证”项目小区专用办理窗口，实现购房群众即来即办。同时，开设专场为有需求的“不能办证”问题项目小区群众集中办理不动产登记。         　　目前，已为全市121个“不能办证”项目小区41890户具备登记条件群众办理了不动产登记，分户登记化解率达94.51%。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
